Hotel operating policy in accordance with the health protocols for Covid 19

Dear friends,
We closely monitor updates for COVID-19 and follow all health and safety protocols as defined by both the National and World Health Organisations. Maintaining public health is the responsibility of all of us and we for our part notify you of all the measures that the hotel implements and has taken for the safety of all of us.

• The hygiene and cleanliness protocols at our hotel are of great importance and we have implemented additional measures that meet the latest hygiene and cleaning guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and staff every day. Avoid handshakes between staff and guests. We keep safety distances in all parts of the hotel, avoiding overcrowding.
• People with COVID-19 fever or symptoms and non-residents will not be allowed in. Cleaning and disinfection is carried out daily in all public areas with increased frequency. Hand sanitizers have been installed in all public areas and facilities.
• Strict cleaning is carried out after the departure of the visitor and before the next arrival. It is not possible to clean a room daily during the stay. Remove daily change of clothing and towels only at the customer's request. However, a daily room is arranged and waste is removed. Room cleaning is carried out with cleaners and special disinfectants that ensure the immediate neutralization of germs. For more efficient disinfection of the premises, check-out and check-in times are extended between stays (check-out until 11.00 a.m. and check-in from 3.00 p.m.).
• Breakfast is personalized and you can pick it up with a serving tray from the bar area between 8:30-10:30. The use of table seats near the bar is only allowed upon request and availability.
